Where do you deliver?
Currently, Amazing India delivers throughout the Netherlands and we are soon expanding our deliveries throughout the Europe. Please contact Us for the delivery possibilities if your postcode is not eligbile for delivery.
Do I have to necessarily register with Amazing India to place an order?
No, You can order online on Amazingindia.nl the website as a guest user, which will limit the tracking of your order. Therefore, we recommend to register yourself for making your shopping at ease for any past, current or future orders.
What exactly happens after ordering?
We immediately receive your order in the backend. The order is passed on to our Warehouse picking & packing warriors while the logistics team schedules your delivery date. An email notification is sent to you once the delivery has been scheduled.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You sure do! Once you’ve successfully placed an order a soft copy of the invoice is emailed to you immediately. You also receive a hard copy of your invoice on your delivery.
I didn't receive all the items in my order. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear your order was incomplete. Here's how you can resolve the issue:
1. Check Your Account: Log into your account and see if there are two tracking links. Sometimes, we ship orders in multiple packages.
2. Only One Tracking Link? If you find only one tracking link and still have missing items, please contact us via email with the following details:
- A list of the missing products with quantity.
- Your order number.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order by contacting us (email/ whatsapp / call) within 8 hours of order placement. After 8 hours of the receival of the order, cancellation would not be possible. Contact us for other possibilities.
Is there any additional charge if I cancel an order?
It depends on the Timings of cancellation as mentioned above.
How do I know what time I will receive my delivery?
Our representative will call you before delivery. We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible, which will be on our fixed delivery days. Please contact us for specific timings and details.
What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
1. Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your package to a nearby neighbor. This could be someone in your building or block, not necessarily your direct neighbor.
2. If no neighbor is available to accept the package, the delivery partner will contact you by phone to arrange an alternative delivery option. If this is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Please note that if the order is returned due to your unavailability or an incorrect address, you will be charged for the return shipping costs.
What do I do if I forget my password?
Click the Amazingindia.nl log-in page, click on "forgot password?" You will then be given a chance to enter your e-mail address and have mail sent to you for the new password.
Can I change my email address?
Amazing India allows you to update your account information from time to time with your email address, ship-to address by clicking on "My Account" and then update your details. Please remember this is only the place you can change your billing address if you have recently changed your locality.
What are the modes of payment?
Online Payment via net banking (iDEAL) - all NL postcodes
Cash on delivery (CoD) - Limited NL postcodes
When the order payment is taken of my bank account?
The payment that comes out from your account is controlled by your bank. Most payments tend to get deducted immediately.
How I will get my money back if I cancelled the order?
Once you cancel the order within the allowable timeframe, you will get the confirmation mail from Amazing India and within 6 - 8 working days your amount will refund in your source account through you did the payment.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We are here to help! If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged product, please get in touch will rectify our mistake as a matter of priority.
